Reselo is a start-up that develops novel biomaterials to enable sustainable products for consumers and industry. With our first material, Reselo© Rubber, we are aiming at replacing petrochemical rubbers in everyday applications.

Job Responsibilities
? Initiate, plan, document and advance material/product development projects
? Proactively manage and impact road map with a holistic approach
? Initiate and build strong, lasting relationships with customers and partners
? Educate customers about sustainability in the rubber industry
? Tasks related to preparation for commercialization
? Communicate work internally and externally
Skills & Requirements
? Proven understanding of polymeric materials and its related industry (experience in the rubber industry as a bonus)
? Curious and innovative, problem-solving mindset with Doer attitude
? Experience in managing customer oriented projects effectively
? Team player
? English is a requirement, Swedish a merit

Join the next rubber revolution! We are looking for a Lab Tech/Development Engineer to accelerate our process and product development to bring the most sustainable rubber to the market.
At Reselo we develop novel biomaterials as replacement for fossil-derived plastics to realise a post-fossil society. Now, we are expanding our team to meet the market demand and accelerate the commercialization of Reselo© Rubber.
Responsibilities
? support process development and scale-up activities including handling of bark, solvent extractions, filtration and associated tasks
? responsible for running in-house biorefinery process
? general lab housekeeping and increase sustainability in day-to-day operations
? help to develop and implement safety guidelines
? inventory and stock management though our ELN system
? operation and maintenance of instruments
Skills & Requirements
? Background with MSc degree in chemical engineering, organic chemistry or similar
? ability to plan and execute tasks independently, organized and systematic
? experience in working in a chemistry lab environment
? industrial experience is a merit
? interested in mastering new topics and developing yourself
? English is a requirement, Swedish a merit
? working permit for Sweden is mandatory (place of work is Stockholm)
