ABOUT THE SERVICE
Interaktiva Fastigheter AB is looking for a Tech Lead who wants to be part of a unique journey and develop the IOT of the future.
The group was originally established in 2013. The company started as an e-shop for smart home enthusiasts. Since 2018, they have worked purposefully towards housing developers and electricians. The business is conducted through Pytronic AB and the wholly owned subsidiary Interaktiva Fastigheter Sweden AB.
We are now looking for a Tech Lead who wants to join and build an in-house development team from scratch. You will work closely with Pytronic's founders and together with them will take Interaktiva Fastigheter to the next level.
The group you will belong to is a passion-driven team with a great interest in smart homes and the Internet OF things. The team works hard in a relaxed and supportive environment. You who take on this position will not be able to keep up the pace and interest if you do not have your own inner drive and motivation for the products, the vision and the industry. You are expected to be outspoken with your input and opinion.
You who take on this role are expected to have supportive leadership for the development team. With your technical knowledge, you feel confident enough to lead a team of developers, you can take them to new levels and give them confidence by delivering what you promise yourself. You will work both strategically and operationally. Your strategic role includes defining the framework within which the developers are free to act. As well as ensuring that technical implementations correlate with the business objectives and non-functional requirements. Operationally, you will program side-by-side with other developers.
WORK DUTIES
As a Tech Lead, you will lead and support the development team at Interaktiva Fastigheter and contribute with your technical knowledge. Among other things, you will plan the choice of new technologies, infrastructure, set frameworks and establish areas of responsibility. You will be advisory when customers come with specific requests regarding what you can and cannot do while at the same time being able to translate the business goal into technical goals.
For example, you will:
* Strategically lead the development team in planning and guidance around technical decisions such as design and choice of programming language.
* Translate business goals into technical implementations and continuously ensure that all technical decisions are aligned with business goals.
* Plan, monitor and optimize the infrastructure and technical road maps.
* Program together with other team members.
* To some extent work with technical presales.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU THAT
* Has a strong interest in technology and smart homes.
* Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in software development within smart homes, where you
for example developed web-based solutions, modern infrastructure, APIs and
Microservices.
* Is fluent in English, both spoken and written.
It is advantageous if you have extended knowledge in Java, C#, C++, Zigbee, Z-wave, or Bluetooth. It is also advantageous if you have previously been a Team Leader.
As a person, you are curious, strategic and have good cooperation skills. You are business-oriented and can, through your analytical ability, take in the overall picture of what needs to be done in the team and how results are achieved. Through your good communication skills, you bring the team along, you are curious and responsive to their input and support them when necessary. You have a supportive leadership and through your technical knowledge you will be able to be a mainstay for the development team.
