Om rollen
Som ILS-specialist arbetar du i projekt där fokus ligger på att säkerställa att tekniska system kan stödjas, underhållas och vidareutvecklas under hela sin livscykel. Rollen kan innebära både specialistarbete och samordning av ILS-relaterade aktiviteter beroende på din erfarenhet.
Arbetet sker i nära samarbete med systemingenjörer, utvecklingsteam, projektledning och produktsupportfunktioner.
Exempel på arbetsuppgifter kan vara:
Planera och driva aktiviteter inom Integrated Logistics Support
Genomföra analyser kopplade till supportability, underhåll och logistik

We’re looking for a technically grounded and method-driven Business Analyst who understands the world of embedded software and hardware development—and can guide others through it. In this role, you'll help define and drive how embedded systems are described and managed across complex organizations, building structure where it’s needed most.
You’ll work closely with development teams, engineers, and business users to develop methods, processes, and best practices for embedded product descriptions within PLM/PDM systems. Just as importantly, you’ll bring the coaching, pedagogical, and presentation skills to lead change across teams.
What You’ll Do
Develop and formalize methods and workflows for describing embedded systems in enterprise product data environments
Act as a central point for training, coaching, and onboarding development teams on embedded product description standards
Present and promote embedded development best practices across departments, both in large sessions and 1:1 guidance
Build reusable training materials and lead interactive workshops to support adoption of new ways of working
Establish structured support channels to collect feedback, follow up on challenges, and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align system data with real-world development needs
Translate user pain points into scalable, maintainable improvements in both processes and tooling
Ensure embedded items are handled consistently and traceably within PLM/PDM environments
Identify and Promote usage of VisFlow in key use cases throughout the different flows that you operate in.

Who You Are
Background in embedded system/software development—you understand developers because you’ve been one
Familiar with PLM/PDM systems and how they manage product and engineering data
Skilled in method development and structured process improvement
Naturally pedagogical—confident presenting, explaining, and coaching teams through change
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a bridge-builder across roles and disciplines
Proactive, structured, and focused on solving real problems with practical solutions
Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience in embedded and systems development

Hybrid role: 4 days/week on-site expected

The primary tasks for a Machine Learning Engineer in MLE area are:
• Develop AI/ML software products including but not limited to explore large data set, try out new algorithms, feature engineering, test and evaluate model output, deploy the solution for production usage.
• Leverage on understanding of software architecture and software design patterns to write scalable, maintainable, well-designed, and future-proof code.
To set the standard for a scalable and accurate capability for the ML Assistant.

To be able to train ML models on a generic level for each industry and reference flow metamodels but also at specific level for customer in a scalable manner.
To work with establishing the centre of excellence for currently ML and later AI use cases.
To actively support the Backend Team in development of functionalities with Python, Postgresql, Apache Jina, RDF/Knowledge Graphs and be ready to learn new technologies

Required skills and experiences:
• Have a BSc or MSc degree in computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Have several years’ professional experience working in relevant role(s) for a Machine Learning Engineer.
• A hands-on person, with great software engineering skills, who loves coding, and like applying software engineering practices to machine learning and AI projects.
• Have experience in developing software products that have been successfully deployed to production and scaled in a bigger organization.

• Have great hands-on experience with cloud technologies for ML development.
• Have solid experience in MLOps practices, developing ML pipelines, data pipelines and deploying ML applications to production.

• Have experience handling and developing for high volume heterogeneous data (both batch and stream), preferably also including hands-on development in DBT, and have also a solid understanding of cloud data storage technologies and data quality.
